Series Introduction
QL series omni wheel is 90-degree precise light load omni wheel . there are 2 ball bearings in every driven wheel . it is aimed to supply products with high precise and high quality to satisfy customers’ various applications . QL series omni wheel has achieved zero clearance in axial direction of driven wheel with steady improvement, particularly suitable for different small robots.

Zero clearance in axial direction of driven wheel
After several process improvements, the QL series omni wheel has achieved zero clearance in axial direction of driven wheel, adapting to kinds of high-precision positioning occasions.
Double Multi-subdivision design
Even the frame is not precise, the multi-subdivision of the circumference structure can make it work stably. Avoiding the drawback of up and down vibration as usual omni wheel.
2 bearings embedded in every driven wheel
Take the QL-15 as an example, a total of 56 miniature bearings are embedded in all 28 rubber driven wheels, changing the sliding friction on driven wheel into rolling friction, and making the lateral movement smooth. Therefore it truly realized micro-resistance in lateral movement of omni wheel .
High quality rubber
The driven wheel adopts high-quality rubber , accompany with drum-shape and appropriate hardness.The Ql series omni wheel shows strong grip ability and almost silent in the process of measuring and testing on wood , tile, carpet and so on.
High-temperature painting technology
