20t × 2 linkage AGV for PC automatic production line

Project Background:

This project is a PC production demonstration line with 7 processes: three in one process (mold cleaning, spraying release oil, and marking station), template assembly process, steel bar assembly process, pouring process, static curing process, steam curing process, and demolding offline process. In the middle of the production line is a viewing channel. The first phase of the entire production line is equipped with 5 heavy-duty AGV vehicles, and the AGV scheduling system needs to be connected to the on-site MES management system for communication.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniAnt heavy-duty AGV model, with a single vehicle carrying capacity of 20 tons. The wheel system adopts a dual universal wheel+dual steering wheel unit form. AGV can operate as a single vehicle or any combination of two vehicles, with a rated load capacity of 40t for coordinated operation. For ultra long PC boards, two vehicle linkage operation can be used for transportation. Implemented PC automated production line, replacing the traditional roller drive production line method.
