With the rapid development of the rail transit industry, the demand for vehicle maintenance and repair continues to increase. Traditional dismantling, installation, and transportation operations of large components under vehicles have pain points such as clumsy equipment movement, low positioning accuracy, and poor spatial adaptability. Especially in narrow environments, it is difficult to carry out multidimensional adjustments, resulting in low operational efficiency and safety hazards. The customer requires an AGV that can achieve precise and efficient operation of the vehicle's bottom space, safely carry large components to complete precise docking in the space, and ensure operational stability under complex working conditions.
Based on the OmniTurtle series of vehicles, Hangfa Robotics has developed and produced a 5-ton Mecanum wheel lift omnidirectional vehicle, which is used for the disassembly, installation, and transportation of large components under rail vehicles. It can achieve composite motion of straight, turning, lateral, oblique, in-situ rotation, and other behaviors in any direction within the plane. The control direction is remotely controlled (compatible with both wireless and wired), and the vehicle is adjustable with high precision. It also comes with a lifting function, which helps to install the components under the vehicle from bottom to top. The 5-ton Mecanum wheel lift omnidirectional vehicle has become an essential installation and transportation tool for lower components in the production process of rail vehicles in the rail transit industry, achieving intelligent, safe, and efficient operations, significantly optimizing the operation process, and effectively improving work efficiency.
