In order to prevent excessive occupation of production space by transportation equipment, the customer requires a transfer vehicle that can be transported in a dual car linkage manner. It is necessary to ensure the safety of the rail vehicle transfer process and avoid asynchronous stress, requiring perfect synchronization in all walking modes.
Hangfa has provided a McNam wheel transfer vehicle, which adopts a dual vehicle linkage design. The single vehicle has a carrying capacity of 10 tons and the dual vehicle has a carrying capacity of 20 tons. Each set of linkage vehicles includes two independent small cars, which can be used separately or through wireless communication linkage. Each transport vehicle is designed with 8 sets of Mecanum wheel systems, each with its own independent hydraulic suspension system, which can avoid vibration when crossing obstacles. By using a single line spot sensor and a laser ranging sensor, the synchronization of the two vehicles in both horizontal and vertical directions and the safety during transportation are ensured. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder lifting function is adopted to achieve the lifting and lowering of the trolley platform.
