Project Background:
This project is applied to the automatic assembly line of bogie frames, which consists of two assembly lines. It mainly consists of 7 sets of mobile units, including 6 frame assembly stations, 2 unloading stations, and 2 loading stations, used for the assembly of various bogie frames. The customer requires an AGV with one set of frame assembly lifting and flipping devices installed on the vehicle. Two sets of frame fixtures are symmetrically arranged on each set of frame assembly lifting devices, which can be easily adjusted to ensure the support requirements of various frame components. After the frame is placed on the fixture support surface, the frame is manually clamped, and soft materials are set at the contact points to prevent damage to the frame surface and ensure that it does not affect the normal assembly operation requirements of the frame components.
Solution:
Hangfa provides 7 heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicles of OmniRhino model, with a carrying capacity of 13 tons, using 40000 directional wheel support and dual differential steering wheel drive unit wheel system. AGV adopts high-level laser navigation (reflector+contour), and the laser navigation radar is installed on the top of the lifting device column, with a navigation positioning accuracy of ± 5mm. The navigation algorithm module has self-learning function and strong adaptability to the environment. The car is equipped with non-contact anti-collision sensors and contact safety devices on the diagonal, as well as sound and light alarm devices. AGV has scheduling system function, standard interface response to MES system, and can issue point-to-point handling tasks.
