Project Background:
The frame of the cotton picker has the characteristics of being long and narrow, and the traditional method can only be lifted by a crane and placed on a transfer platform before being moved by the transfer vehicle. The frame is heavy, making it difficult and risky to lift while driving. The customer requires an AGV that can drill to the bottom of the rack and lift it before moving it, saving workflow, improving efficiency, and reducing lifting risks.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniAnt AGV model with a carrying capacity of 40t, which is designed as a long and narrow slender structure in conjunction with the frame structure of the cotton picker. This eliminates the need for the use of racks in the production process and the transition of racks. The wheel system adopts 8 sets of steering wheel sets (4 sets of driving wheels+4 sets of driven wheels), and has an independent hydraulic suspension device for shock absorption, which can reduce the vibration impact on the transport equipment and ensure that the 8 sets of wheel sets are uniformly stressed. At the same time, the AGV has a 600mm travel lifting function, and the lifting mechanism can move horizontally to adapt to different cotton picking machine models.
