Project Background:
This project is a fish breeding and release station established for the Altash Water Conservancy Hub Project in Xinjiang. It requires the artificial breeding of rare indigenous fish and the promotion and release of rare indigenous fish in different river basins. When releasing, after collecting fish in the fish collecting bucket, it is necessary to go to the designated location on the dam to throw fish. The customer requires an AGV with a self dumping fish hopper that can automatically tilt and operate outdoors, achieving automatic fish feeding with an accuracy of ± 20mm.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniAnt model of heavy-duty AGV for fish passage, with a carrying capacity of 5t. The wheel system adopts steering wheel and universal wheel. AGV relies on outdoor magnetic nail navigation to easily achieve stationary rotation, oblique movement, and lateral movement, and can automatically run outdoors to the fish feeding point for precise fish feeding. The equipment comes with a fish collecting bucket, which has an oil cylinder lifting function. After the AGV arrives at the fish feeding point, the oil cylinder lifts it for fish feeding. The structure is simple and the failure rate is low.
