Application of 1.2t heavy-duty AGV for automatic transportation of products

Project Background:

This project is used for the automatic transportation of packaged products within the factory building. The customer requires an AGV that can carry products for automatic circulation and provide suitable operating stations for operators during the assembly process. At the same time, the construction of an AGV car management system can intelligently control AGVs, achieve manual control during task execution, monitor product assembly status in real time, and provide support for later production control and cycle optimization.

Solution:

Hangfa provides 4 AGV cars with a carrying capacity of 1.2t, using a differential steering wheel+double universal wheel drive mode, which can move forward and turn. The transfer line is equipped with three workstations, and the AGV car can carry products for transfer operations between each workstation. Adopting ribbon navigation+QR code positioning method, equipped with mechanical positioning device, accurate and reliable positioning. The AGV scheduling system can record and output the assembly and circulation time of each workstation, and can achieve linkage control with the assembly platform. The lower part of the car is designed with appropriate gear opening, and a space of ≥ Φ 800mm is reserved in the middle to ensure that operators can use the flatbed car for product maintenance and installation. The upper hollow part is equipped with an automatic rotating device, which can drive the product to perform 360 ° rotation operation.
