Traditional methods for transporting large transformers involve complex operations, require extensive manual coordination, pose safety risks, and demand stringent site conditions. Hangfa Robotics' Customers in the transformer industry urgently needed an efficient, safe, and highly adaptable heavy-duty autonomous transport solution.
 

Solution:

As a leading Chinese heavy-duty AGV manufacturer,Hangfa Robotics provided a wheeled transport vehicle based on the OmniTitan model, with a load capacity of 300 tons. The AGV features a customized design with self-lifting differential steering wheels, enabling omnidirectional movement (forward/backward, sideways, and zero-radius rotation). This allows seamless operation in narrow workshops and ensures precise positioning.Field applications demonstrate that a single 300-ton AGV from Hangfa Robotics has: Significantly improved transformer transfer efficiency, Reduced manual coordination processes, Lowered comprehensive costs for transformer transportation, and Enhanced overall transformer production efficiency.
