Application of 8t Top up AGV in the Transfer of Wire Rolls

Project Background:

The traditional transportation method for wire coils is fuel powered forklifts, which require manual labor and consume a lot of energy, which can cause pollution to the workshop environment. The customer requires an AGV that is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and capable of replacing fuel powered forklifts with top up fully automatic forklifts to achieve automated transfer of cables from the workshop to the yard. Equipped with automatic navigation and obstacle avoidance functions, it can lift and transfer the pallet.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniRhino top up AGV model with a carrying capacity of 8 tons. The wheel system consists of 2 sets of differential steering wheels and 2 sets of universal wheels, which can achieve lateral, oblique, and stationary rotation movements. AGV adopts magnetic nail navigation, which can operate automatically outdoors, and uses screw lifting to transport workpiece racks, achieving intelligent production of products.
