With the development of the roller manufacturing industry towards intelligence and automation, traditional in plant rollers and large-scale material transportation methods have fixed paths, poor flexibility, and are difficult to meet the needs of flexible production. In addition, manual operation poses safety hazards, such as low efficiency, high cost, and significant safety hazards. The customer requires an AGV for the transportation of finished roller products from the production line to the shipping area to the warehouse, in order to reduce the wear and tear of the roller on the ground. Realize automated transportation of rollers and large components between different workstations, achieve automated distribution, and improve production efficiency.

Hangfa Robotics is a customized omnidirectional transport vehicle for the road roller industry based on the OmniTitan series, with rated carrying capacities of 15t and 30t respectively. It can be controlled by wired and wireless remote control methods and dispatch stations to achieve translational, rotational, lateral, and turning movements in any direction within the plane. The wheel system is equipped with independent hydraulic pressure, which can be lifted upwards to fully seat the frame on the ground.
