Transformer products in the power industry are heavy, with common transformers weighing up to 100t~200t and many reaching up to 200t~400t. Transformer manufacturers use cranes for lifting, which incurs high construction costs, occupies crane resources, has a high risk factor, cannot transport inside and outside the workshop, has high labor costs, and is inefficient. The customer requires an AGV that can adapt to the ground and has low maintenance costs. At the same time, it needs to be compatible with the existing tooling rack size and requires the transfer vehicle to have a lower working height.
Solution:
Hangfa provides heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicles for the OmniTitan model, with a single vehicle carrying capacity of 150 tons and a dual vehicle linkage carrying capacity of 300 tons. It can be connected in parallel or series with two vehicles, which can effectively solve the problem of adapting to low brackets while loading super large transformers, achieving lower working heights. The two vehicles can choose to load separately or in combination according to the weight of the transformer, and the omnidirectional vehicle has good climbing and crossing performance, which can meet the transportation inside and outside the workshop and adapt to outdoor working environments with different climates.
